The WU model
The WU model is an ancillary tool for the quantification of the weather uncertainty that is included in the Numerical Weather Predictions. It applies a method for the estimation of the weather stability using a wide range of the NWP grid. Also, it uses two RBFNN with specific training and the dWPF model output to quantify the error at the wind speed predictions. Finally, it takes information from the memory of dWPF model to estimate its prediction error.
